I can tell you confidently that I am sooo ready for fall/winter. My latest family/maternity session with the Brogdens was set outside. Oh my, I was burning up. The heat was crazy hot & even the heat in the shade was killer. Chris, Holly, Noah & Grace were so awesome to withstand the heat till the end of the session & were so cooperative. Holly was just glowing and she was such a trooper. The session turned out beautifully & I cant wait to photograph baby girl Brogden soon!

Tristan & Anna & baby Peter Dietrich | Maternity

This morning I photographed Tristan and Anna for a maternity session.
Though Anna is only a couple of months I wanted to get this session in before they head back home to Texas.
Thankfully we did it in the morning because as we got closer to the end of the session that sun+humidity was just to much to bare.
These photos are precious to me & they make me smile

The Swanson Family

This past weekend I had the privilege of photographing the Swanson family. They had opened their home to an orphan from Ukraine this summer named Yura. They wanted some photographs to have of their time that they shared together. He was so precious and I was honored that they asked me to photograph their time with him.

Jody & Dee Dee I have known for it seems like forever! I took pictures of Dee Dee’s parents awhile back & so when they were in need of some photos they came to me. I couldn’t have been more honored!
Jody is running for U.S. Congress and personally I couldn’t think of a better man for the job. He is a man of integrity and wisdom. We would be blessed if we could have such a man as our congressman.

I know, I know. I have been slacking on my blog posts.. I have a few in the making. So to start off the beginning of my blog posts awhile back I had the honor of photographing Ava Grace’s 1st Birthday. It was a cute get together of family and friends. Ava is blessed to have Daniel and Sara as her parents!

Tuesday I got to spend the day with Kayla since it was her birthday, her 16th BIRTHDAY to be exact! Her sweet sixteen. So, we spent the day at the mall & had a double feature at the movies. Then afterward, we took her sweet sixteen photos. Regardless of the stinkin HOT weather these photos turned out beautiful! Just like her. Happy Birthday Kay!

Javen | Mother’s Day Gift

My friend, Amanda, asked for me to photograph her nephew Javen as a Mothers Day present for her mom and her sister. He was just a ball of energy and we got some cute shots! Amanda also had the idea of having him carry around a balloon.. too cute!

Joe & Tracy Wedding

Do you remember Joe & Tracy? I did their Engagement/Family Photos a couple months back & we had an absolute blast! I have know Tracy for awhile and had the privilege of teaching an awana class with her and loved it! I also had the privilege of getting to know Joe better. They are such a sweet couple together.

I was blessed by Tracy, right before she came out of the bathroom to show off her wedding dress she called me in there and asked if I wouldn’t mind if I prayed with her before the ceremony. That had to be one of the sweetest moments for me. Joe & Tracy, I pray that God has His hand ALL OVER your marriage and that wherever you go you radiant the Love of Christ through how you love each other. I love you both!
